I will get around to readin all the Mcgregor stories. The whole series has an enjoyable charm, even in the less-than-great books. And again, what can I say? Want to Read saving…. They added substance to the storyline without taking any focus away from the main couple.


The Perfect Neighbor (The MacGregors, #9) by Nora Roberts

pefect He would have been perfectly happy camping out in his temporary apartment and not meeting any of his neighbors. Overall I will miss the McGregor clan. He was in Manhattan to finish a job and leave as quickly as possible – until Cybil’s sweet nature and big green eyes captured his interest.

Lists with This Book. I would really only recommend this one to those who have read the earlier books in the series.

The Perfect Neighbor (MacGregor, book 11) by Nora Roberts

I think I want to read the second Dream Trilogy book. At first she seems to be rhe bit of a doormat, but she does finally stick up for herself — and she makes Preston work to earn her love in the end.

This was a wonderful way to end the MacGregor series, though I do wish Nora Roberts didn’t leave the publisher and had been able to get the last 3 children’s stories out. She is also the author of the futuristic suspense In Death series written under the pen name J. Little did she know that he didn’t really want her help.

Though the story has it’s ups and downs, you cheer the couple on and hope for a hap I’m definitely not reading “The MacGregors” series in order as I seem to be starting out with 9! Jan 15, KP rated it liked it.

As Preston is initially irritated, then amused and subsequently turned on by Cybil, she is in love with him very quick. Cybill over stayed, created situations, then didn’t like neighboe outcome. But that was a rule that Cybil Campbell had never learned. Published January 1st by Silhouette first published I remembered particularly enjoying this book on prior read-throughs but I never reviewed most of the Noras I’ve read. A bubblegum beach read. He confesses to Cybil that he can’t give her more than he has because pertect pain from the past, where his lover was cheating on him with his brother-in-law.

The last installment in one of my favorite series. In the end, the only way for him to come to terms with his feelings is to face losing Cybil forever. I’m forcing my love onto you anyway.
